Maurice’s is our new Sherry-style white wine.

This little gem is prepared as a fortified, dry-fermented white wine, prepared from Ortega grapes, making it the perfect aperitif.

Maurice’s pairs very well with roasted nuts and dried fruit. 

This Port-like dessert wine is truly a classic – Fortified French Oak Aged Marechal Foch.

It can be described with terms such as; Oaky, Butter, Vanilla, Butterscotch, Spicy, Nutty, Earthy, Cedar, and with lovely dried-Fruit sweetness, clean with good balance, good body and a long, smooth finish.

Wonderful after dinner, and even before bedtime!!  You should try this one with Chocolate!

Our Late Harvest-style Optima, blended with Bacchus, has unique and wonderful flavours, and is truly a dessert wine to be savoured.  High sugar and low alcohol content, make this a great after-dinner treat.

Hummingbirds are frequently seen around the site, drinking nectar from the colourful flowers and the many feeders near our windows.  The Hummingbird was a favourite of Graydon’s Mother, Agnes, and this commemorative label reflects that interest.
